Vape Highster UAE is a reseller. We buy from retailers and suppliers, check products before dispatch and sell them to adults in the UAE. We do not own any brand on this site, and a brand name on a product page identifies the product, not a partnership. This page says what we stand behind and how you can check a parcel yourself.

What we do

  • Source stock through retailers and suppliers.
  • Check items before dispatch.
  • Describe each listing from the figures printed on the product or its pack, so the puff rating, nicotine strength and battery size on the page should match what arrives.
  • Take a report seriously when what arrives is not what you ordered, and deal with it under the return policy and the refund policy.

What we cannot do

  • Verify a product after it has been opened, used or tampered with.
  • Tell you from one photo whether a pack is original. We can compare your photos with the listing.
  • Claim official distributor status for any brand.

Check your parcel in six steps

  1. Outer box: intact, with no flap that looks opened and taped again.
  2. Name and model: the same as your order, spelled the way the brand spells it.
  3. Puff rating and nicotine strength: printed on the pack and matching the product page.
  4. Flavour: the flavour name on the pack is the one you chose.
  5. Print: sharp text, even colours, no smudging and no crooked labels.
  6. The device itself: no cracks, no loose parts, no liquid on the outside, and any seal or film still in place.

Market packs

Sticks and some devices are made for particular markets. A TEREA pack for Indonesia and one for Kazakhstan are different products, and the listing title says which one you are buying. A pack that looks different from another market’s pack does not by itself mean it is fake.

If something looks wrong

  1. Stop using the product.
  2. Keep the box, the device and everything else it came in.
  3. Photograph the front and back of the pack, the label and the problem.
  4. Write to us through the contact page with your order number and the photos.

We compare your photos with the listing and tell you what happens next under the return policy. That policy says e-juices cannot be exchanged, so look over bottles when the courier hands them over.
