How to Order from Vape Highster UAE
Ordering takes a few minutes. This page covers each step, what is charged for delivery and what to do when something changes.
Step by step
- Open a product and choose the flavour or other option it asks for.
- Add it to the cart and review the cart.
- At checkout, enter your name, emirate, area, building and a mobile number that can take calls.
- Place the order. Cash on delivery is the payment method offered at checkout.
- Keep the order confirmation. It carries your order number.

The same terms apply in every emirate. We deliver inside the UAE only; the delivery areas page lists the emirates and the shipping policy has the full terms.
Payment
Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Keep the amount ready so the handover is quick. Checkout itself has no card option; to pay online instead, ask for a payment link on WhatsApp (+971557995534) before the parcel is dispatched.
Before you press Place Order
- Check the flavour, strength and quantity of every line.
- Check that the building name and the mobile number are right; the courier relies on both.
- Count the basket against AED 350 if you want free delivery.
- Confirm you are 18 or over.
Tracking an order
The track order page asks for your order number and the billing email used at checkout.
Changing or cancelling
An order that has not shipped can be cancelled through customer service. Once it has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, so write to us as early as you can.
Returns
The return policy covers hardware, and e-juices cannot be exchanged. Read it before ordering a device or a bottle.
Age and answers
Orders are for buyers aged 18 and over. Questions about a product, a stock gap or a delivery go through the contact page; common ones are answered in the FAQ.
