Shipping Policy
These are the delivery terms for orders placed with Vape Highster UAE.
Coverage
Parcels go to UAE addresses. Nothing ships abroad. The delivery areas page lists the emirates.

Checkout displays the fee, or the absence of one, before you place the order.
How you pay
Payment is in cash to the courier on arrival. You can also pay online through a payment link the shop sends on WhatsApp before dispatch.
After you order
An order confirmation is sent to you. Read the address and phone number on it carefully, because the courier works from those two details.
If your details are wrong
An incomplete address or an unreachable phone number can hold up delivery. Tell us through the contact page the moment you notice.
Cancelling
A parcel that has not shipped can be cancelled. After it ships, it cannot.
Damaged or wrong goods
Keep the packaging, photograph the problem and follow the return policy and the refund policy. The authenticity page lists what to look for on opening.
Who can receive
Deliveries are made to buyers who are 18 or older.
