Industry news site 2Firsts reported it as HQD’s first open-system shisha pod, with nicotine up to 5mg/ml and 3mg/ml recommended.

There are two likely explanations. One: some shops list an older HQD Shisha disposable under the 20K name. Two: listing copy was written before the product spec was confirmed. Either way, the box in your hand is the only spec that counts.
Why the difference matters to you
A 3mg refillable DTL device and a 20mg prefilled disposable are completely different things to vape. At 20mg, a big DTL lungful is a strong hit; that’s a lot of nicotine per draw for someone expecting a relaxed shisha session. At 3mg, a regular smoker may find it does nothing for a craving. Buying the wrong one wastes the money either way.
Before paying, ask the seller three questions: is it refillable, what is the nicotine strength on the box, and does it come with liquid or not.

If you do buy a refillable shisha device, you’ll need freebase liquid at low strength to match it. 3mg freebase bottles such as NASTY 60ml or Pod Salt 50ml suit that kind of device.
