Direct-to-lung, in plain terms, means you pull vapour straight into your lungs the way you would with a shisha hose, instead of holding it in your mouth first like a cigarette.
0.3% nicotine: the number most listings skip
A 0.3% nicotine salt fill means 3mg of nicotine in every millilitre. Most disposables on our shelf run 20mg (2%) or 50mg (5%). Spread across all 60ml, it holds roughly 180mg of nicotine in total. The smaller AAOK 60K, with 25ml at 20mg, holds roughly 500mg. That gap tells you more than any puff count.
The low strength is deliberate. This device is built for long, open DTL sessions at high power, where a 5% liquid would feel harsh on the throat.
Here is where people get caught out. If you’re coming off a 50mg bar such as the Tugboat T12000 or the Waka SoPro 20000, this one won’t feel like a stronger version of what you had. It will feel like an evening shisha. You’ll probably reach for it more often, and the 60ml will go faster than you expect.

How the 180° flavour switch works in practice
Turn the mouthpiece half a rotation and the device draws from the other tank. There’s no mixing between the two sides. Each 30ml tank drains at the pace you use it, so if you lean on one flavour, that side can run dry while the other still has liquid left.

Buy it if you like long, relaxed DTL sessions, want two flavours without carrying two devices, or own a hookah base and want a no-charcoal option at home. It’s also a sensible choice for someone who wants a low-nicotine device on purpose.
Skip it if you smoke close to a pack a day, or you’re used to 20mg or 50mg disposables. You’ll end up chain-vaping it. Pick the AAOK 60K (20mg, AED 35) or a 50mg device instead.
